Hi, I'm currently editing the specifcation page on the SKOS site [1] in order to update references to the Reference and the Primer (it had not been changed for a while) Of particular interest is the status of the 2005 specs. I assume that I can safely write that the SKOS Core Guide and the SKOS Core Vocabulary Specification are superseded (resp by the Primer and the Reference). But how about the "Quick Guide to Publishing a Thesaurus on the Semantic Web"? I've re-read it, it appears that this very simple and efficient document has stood quite well the test of time, with respect to the SKOS side. It is however very debatable when receipes to serve the data are concerned. And of course it maintains a number of references to the other superseded SKOS documents, which is not very convenient. As I guess the WG won't have any time now to devote to re-writing and reviewing this document, I'd propose to declare it superseded by the SKOS Primer and the Best Practice Recipes for Publishing RDF Vocabularies. But I'm not 100% sure of course, therefore I'd like to raise the issue before the end of our regular teleconferences... Cheers, Antoine [1] http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/specs [2] http://www.w3.org/TR/swbp-thesaurus-pubguide
