The Jan 25 WD draft SKOS Reference [1] says: "This is a substantial update to and replacement for the previous SKOS Core Vocabulary Specification W3C Working Draft dated 2 November 2005." [2] Two questions come to mind: -- What is the status of the Deprecated Properties and Classes [3]? Do we need to move these into the new SKOS Reference, or do we need to find some other way to document them? Or is it enough to document them in [3]? -- The 2005 specification says: "A formal representation of the SKOS Core Vocabulary is maintained in RDF/OWL" [4]. I assume we will need an RDF/OWL representation of SKOS Reference at some point; is that on the schedule? In the meantime, should the 2008 WD version acknowledge and clarify the status of the 2005 RDF/OWL representation? (And will the deprecated properties continue to be documented in the RDF/OWL representation?)
