Hi Antoine, I've had a go at preparing for the discussion of issues 71 and 74 next week, it's written up as a sub-section under "Technical Issues" on the Washington agenda wiki page <http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/WashingtonAgenda>. I know you said you won't have any more time between now and then, but if you do get a chance, any thoughts you have on how to break this issue up and structure the discussion/decision space would be really great. I found this one really hard to break down clearly.
