RE: pilot set of SKOS based semantic web services

Hi Thomas - would not disagree about supporting a 'Linked Data'
approach.
Our focus has been at a somewhat higher level on a potential SKOS
programmatic interface that might facilitate the development of SKOS
based applications and user interfaces - we'd be delighted to see a
RESTful version of any SKOS API.

This surely is a valuable contribution.
However - I wonder if the 2004 SOAP API of SKOS is well aligned with 
current SemWeb.

Shouldn't it be RESTful to fit into e.g. LinkingOpenData?
