[ALL] Scribing upcoming SWD telecons

Dear all,

First of all many thanks to the scribes for the 2 October
telecon and the 8-9 October face-to-face meeting in Amsterdam:

    Oct 2: edsu
    Oct 8: seanb, edsu, Antoine
    Oct 9: diego, seanb, DanBri

In have updated the ScribeDuty page at [1] (as always, 
instructions on how to scribe can be found at [2]).

On the basis of recent and cumulative scribing activity
(appended below), I come up with the following assignments for
the upcoming telecons:
