Dear all, I have posted a PDF file [1] of all "required readings" (including the agenda itself). I had some unusual difficulties creating this file -- error messages about missing Chinese fonts and the like -- so I cached some Web pages in PDF before importing, which appeared to solve the problem. I would appreciate if a few of you could send me a note confirming that you can open and print the file correctly. The file is less than 1 MB. When I try to add page numbers, the size expands to a massive 125 MB, so we'll do without the page numbers...
