The posting of the Request for Comments for SKOS Use Cases and Requirements [1] is an HTML message that has not been archived as clear text but as a separate attachment [2]. Also, my mail reader does not display the message (though it can handle other types of HTML mail); to read the message, I need to call it up into a text editor and read the raw angle brackets. All other postings from Daniel (e.g., [3]) are perfectly readable. In my experience, this problem with unreadable HTML messages is still pretty rare but I'm seeing it more frequently. Does anyone know what causes it (which mail reader or setting) and whether there is a simple fix?
