Content negotiation with hash URIs

In a longish article [1] on his blog, Richard Cyganiak does what I think
is a very good job of trying to parse out some of the vagaries of
content negotiation and distilling the responses he got to his
question [2, 3] on the semweb list.

I thought this group might find it thought-provoking.
