In the project NEPOMUK [1], we are among other things developing a wiki interchanbge format (WIF) [2] which is simply an XHTML subject (makes it easiert for XSLTs) which embeds semantic data as RDFa. We were so happy when RDFa came out and can't await it's finalisation. The concept of RDFa, to embed semantic statements in structured content is really closing a gap.
