Maybe you and I can have a phone call to figure out what's left to be 
done.  I'm free tomorrow (Wed) before 11AM EST (recall that we are off by 
6 hours this week instead of the usual 5), thursday not until after 2PM 
EST.  Any of those work?  Next week I'll be at Stanford so probably more 
difficult to schedule a time, but possible.

I'd also like to get the simplest part whole note out.  I think it is 
stuck with Chris.  I've been off line for a while but should be 
active again by mid May, perhaps sooner.   But I think that is down 
to a few minor touches.  I'd like to see that out as well.\
