Matthew Horridge, one of our RAs on CO-ODE  has done a 90 page tutorial on OWL and the Protege-OWL tools and their CO-ODE plugins - wizards for patterns and a nice isualisation tool.  The wizards are plug and play if folk want to add more.

I hope it is of interest.
