A bit of email has crossed in the post on this document. I've made some edits to it; nothing particularly substantive - just some tidying up. Changes: 1) I removed the editors names, apart from Aldo. This is etiquette of not putting folks names on documents without their permission. 2) I updated the status section in line with the earlier email discussion. 3) The HTML didn't validate so I tidied it up a little. In fact, I made more changes than were strictly necessary to get it to validate; just a little stylistic tidying up. Aldo, you may to check you are happy with the mods.
