We are being asked whether we will be meeting at TPAC. I believe that
is our plan, but let's confirm in the next telcon.

Dear Group Chairs, Advisory Board, and TAG,

We ask Group Chairs to start discussions about whether your group will
meet during:

  TPAC 2014
  27-31 October 2014
  Santa Clara, California
  http://www.w3.org/2014/11/TPAC/

We thank Anniversary Platinum Sponsor Intel for their support of this
meeting. We encourage other organizations to considering sponsoring the
year of anniversary activities.

Please complete the following questionnaire by 30 April 2014:
   https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/34786/ChairsTPAC2014/

   *** NOTE: If you Chair more than one group, you will need to appoint
   an alternate to complete the questionnaire for the other group;
   our system only accommodates one-group-per-respondent. ***

As with past TPAC meetings, there will be a registration fee to defray a
portion of the meeting expenses. We have not yet finalized the
registration fee; we will update the site once we have done so.

TPAC 2014 will be like previous TPACs with one major change: on the
Wednesday afternoon (29 October) we will hold the W3C 20th Anniversary
Symposium (from 3-6pm) followed by a sit-down gala dinner. More
information about the Symposium will be available soon at
http://www.w3.org/20/

We expect to open TPAC registration in June, once we have a good sense
of which groups will be participating.

If you have any questions, please contact Susan Westhaver
<w3t-tpregister@w3.org>.

For the W3C TPAC 2014 Meeting Team;
Ian Jacobs, Head of W3C Communications
