For the next meeting, I want to request if we can move the css blending and compositing spec to RC. Here's an overview of what timeslots might work (I may have missed someone's timezone, if so please speak up): http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html?iso=20131121&p1=195&p2=224&p3=240&p4=248&p5=24&p6=207 I think it'll be really tricky to find a time that works for everyone in the group. So, maybe we should consider another decision-making process that doesn't require telcons? Perhaps not to entirely replace telcons, but to serve as a complement? -- Erik Dahlstrom, Web Technology Developer, Opera Software Co-Chair, W3C SVG Working Group
