Hello WG,

To help plan the Working Group's activities in 2014, Erik and I have put 
together a survey that we would like Working Group members to complete.

It is mostly about face-to-face meetings, but there is one question in 
there on work items to tackle for 2014.

The survey is open for two weeks, so please fill it out before September 25.
