register availability for mid-year 2013 F2F with CSS WG in Tokyo

Hello WG,

At the F2F last week we discussed meeting with the CSS WG, who will be 
in Tokyo at some point in the middle of the year.  At the time, it 
seemed that their meeting dates would be June 5–7, but that is subject 
to change.  To help with scheduling, could you please all indicate on 
the following poll whether you would be able to attend an F2F meeting 
for three days beginning on the specified dates:

The intention would be to meet by ourselves on the first two days, with 
the CSS WG on the third day, and for the following two days to be the 
only-CSS meeting days.

If you are in the CSS WG and have answered on their poll already, no 
need to do it here on ours.  If you are in the CSS WG and haven't 
answered on their poll, please do that. :)
