F2F dates for 2013

Hi all,

Just a heads up that the CSS WG is planning to meet in Tokyo in the 
first week of June 2013 to line up with the AC Meeting in Tokyo (Keio 
University) on June 9-11.

At the previous F2F we agreed to meet in Tokyo and have one day's 
overlap with CSS but at that point I thought they would be meeting in 
April/May.

We should:

* Propose dates for the SVG F2F in June 2013 so we can coordinate with 
the CSS WG.

* Consider if we still want the Sydney F2F to be in January or whether 
February is better. (Originally we shifted from Feb to Jan since we 
thought the next F2F would be April/May, but now that it looks like June 
we might want to reconsider.)

We can discuss this at the F2F in Switzerland but I'm just relaying this 
information now for your consideration.
