Guys, please don't quote a 55k diff when adding a two-line reply :) Spot color is problematic, since a) mixing with color-managed colors is problematic (but ok, use sRGB fallback) b) tints can't be expressed without a paint mixing model, but will be asked for and most importantly c) spot colors were not in SVG color so this would be a new proposal with new text.
