FYI, I've finished rewriting the IDL in the spec to use Web IDL syntax, according to the plan we discussed at the F2F and at: http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/Proposals/IDL_interface_reorganization#Introduce_some_intermediate_interfaces with one exception: I didn't end up removing the SVGURIReference interface, for no particular reason other than it doesn't buy us anything and I wasn't prepared to do the work for it right now.
