During last week's call, we discussed using some of the F2F time to do some spec work, given that we plan to publish a FPWD of SVG 2 shortly afterwards. Someone suggested that we might want to have the Seattle and Paris work days not overlap entirely, and to use that non-overlapped time as the spec writing time. I said I would post a proposed schedule and here are three proposals. One thing to bear in mind though is that Dirk may well have already organised specific times for breakfast to be brought in to the office, for example. Please discuss and decide this at the telcon, which I will unfortunately not be able to attend. I am happy with either of these options or the original plan (http://www.w3.org/mid/4FC182CE.40105@mcc.id.au). If you want to decide say "option (2) conditional on it being OK with Dirk, otherwise the original plan" that is fine. :) Option 1: Make the times better for Paris Seattle Paris Slot ------------- ------------- ----------- 13:15 - 14:45 Spec work 14:45 - 15:00 Break 07:00 - 08:30 15:00 - 16:30 Session 1 08:30 - 08:45 16:30 - 16:45 Break 08:45 - 10:30 16:45 - 18:30 Session 2 10:30 - 10:45 18:30 - 18:45 Break 10:45 - 12:00 18:45 - 20:00 Session 3 12:00 - 13:15 Lunch 13:15 - 15:00 Spec work Option 2: Make the times better for Seattle Seattle Paris Slot ------------- ------------- ----------- 15:00 - 16:30 Spec work 16:30 - 16:45 Break 08:45 - 10:30 16:45 - 18:30 Session 1 10:30 - 10:45 18:30 - 18:45 Break 10:45 - 12:00 18:45 - 20:00 Session 2 12:00 - 13:15 20:00 - 21:15 Lunch/Dinner 13:15 - 15:00 21:15 - 23:00 Session 3 15:00 - 15:15 Break 15:15 - 16:45 Spec writing
