SVG2 Spec Editing Status

Hi,

 I've made the changes to pservers.html[1] that I presented at the WG
meeting and I've updated the authoring guide[2] to match. The style
sheet is using some temporary classes so that the old and new structures
don't clash. The mark up is much simpler (now even simpler than what I
presented) as can be seen at the old/new comparison test page[3].

 Cyril asked about keeping the attribute definition as:

 attribute = value1 | value2

rather than putting the values in the <dl> list like is done for
parameters. I've done it one way for linear gradients and the other way
for radial gradients so you can see the difference. I think I like
putting them in the <dl> list better. The new structure makes the
possible values stand out more so it is not so important to have them at
top. If the attribute values kept as Cyril suggests then we should thing
about doing the same for parameters.

 At the WG meeting it was stated that the appendices with the element
list and the attribute list are automatically generated. I could see
that that was true the attribute list but it seemed the element list was
not. I've modified the XSL file to generate the element list now. The
property table in the appendices still is not auto generated.
