10 November 2011 SVG WG telcon cancelled

Given the recent couple of weeks of F2F meetings we've had, let's not 
have a telcon this week.  We'll resume next week at the current times 
(relative to the US), which means 6am for Cyril and myself and 8pm for 
the Europeans.  If anyone has any good ideas for telcon time scheduling 
that would work better for everyone, I'm all ears.  I think the limiting 
factor in moving the time later is how late Chris and Tav are willing to 
call in.
