Hello TPAC attendees, [Chairs, please forward to your groups]

Some announcements to start your day:

* Great turnout: We are above capacity for the day which may complicate 
logistics. Please let us know if you encounter issues.

* There are power strips in the eight breakout rooms (but not in the 
plenary room).

* Lunch is from 12:00-13:00 in California Ballroom, Salons 6 - 9. You 
will need the blue ticket you received at registration for lunch.

      Note: Molly Holzschlag has requested that women attending the 
meeting participate in a quick photo at 12:15 near the registration desk.

* BOF tables: If you want to organize a BOF table at lunch, please use 
the sign-up sheets next to the TPAC registration desk.

* Evening reception: The gathering takes place 18:00-22:00 in the Sedona 
room. Guests do not require a ticket for the event.

* Plenary Sessions online:

* Lost-and-found: f you've lost a jacket or cables please go to the 
registration desk.

* AC Meeting on Thursday: The AC meeting tomorrow morning takes place in 
the Sedona Ballroom, 1st Floor.  The Registration and breaks will be in 
the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

* T-shirts - Don't forget to pick up your shirt after 2pm each day this 
week. Please note that due to the large number of late registrants, we 
may not have a shirt for everyone.

* Feedback - We welcome your thoughts on the meeting:

* TPAC Web App - The Web app lets you access the week's schedule, pick 
which meetings you plan on attending to build your own schedule, and let

* Free parking - Please pick up a green discount ticket from the TPAC 
registration desk.

* Ride sharing - For those attending from further away and who might
