problem with implementation matrix generation script

There must be a problem with the script that generates the
implementation matrix:

  http://dev.w3.org/SVG/profiles/1.1F2/test/status/implementation_matrix.html

pservers-grad-01-b is listed as failing in all except Opera, yet the
status XML files for all four reports have that test marked as
status="OK".

Anthony, could you take a look?
