The text-intro-09 test also goes against what this i18n test expects:

   http://www.w3.org/International/tests/svg/tests-bidi-align/text-anchor?test=11

The tested assertion there is "When direction is set to rtl on the text  
element, and text-anchor is set to end, Latin, Arabic and Hebrew text will  
extend to the right of the x coordinate.".
