Unless there are objections, I will change this sentence in styling.html

  Placing internal CSS style sheets within CDATA blocks is sometimes
  necessary since CSS style sheets can include characters, such as ">",
  which conflict with XML parsers.

s/>/</, since ">" doesn’t need to be escaped in text content.
