In the media type registration appendix, change "this is indicated by the Content-Transfer-Encoding header" to "this is indicated by the Content-Encoding or Transfer-Encoding header, as appropriate" with "as appropriate" being a link to http://www.w3.org/TR/SVGTiny12/conform.html#ConformingSVGServers

This is fixed in SVG 1.1 second edition, an arratum for 1.2T is needed.
