ISSUE-2320 (Path Lacunae): Describe behavior for invalid values in path data [SVG 2.0]

Raised by: Doug Schepers
On product: SVG 2.0

See http://www.w3.org/2010/04/12-svg-irc#T15-08-55

Should large-arc-flag and sweep-flag have default lacunae values, or should the path simply stop rendering at a point of error, and move on to the rest of the document? SVG 1.1 seems to indicate the latter.

Also, see if we can get the validator to validate path syntax for helping users debug problems.
