Hello svg wg,

This is a reminder, we're changing telcon times starting Monday November  
9. Also due to TPAC there will be no telcons next week (Nov 2 - Nov 6).

The new telcon times are:

   Monday    20.00 UTC
   Thursday  20.00 UTC
