ISSUE-2276 (external_script_charenconding): Consider defining how to set character encoding for external scripts [SVG Core 2.0] http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/track/issues/2276 Raised by: Erik Dahlström On product: SVG Core 2.0 The 'script' element in HTML has a 'charset' attribute that can affect the character encoding for external scripts. The SVG 'script' element has no 'charset' attribute, and doesn't define if there are any other factors that affect the chosen character encoding for external scripts.
