Dear chairs and colleagues,

The WebCGM WG has published a second Last Call document for WebCGM 2.1
on June 4th 2009.

WebCGM 2.1

Review end date: 02 July 2009

The WebCGM WG Charter [1] mentions following dependencies with other
working groups:
* Internationalization Core Working Group
* Synchronized Multimedia Working Group
* Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group
Note that the Charter identifies the principal dependency with SVG and
SMIL as concerning (declarative) animation, which has been dropped from
the scope of WebCGM 2.1 (prior to [first] Last Call Working Draft). The
WebCGM WG of course still welcomes input from all groups.

Comments must be sent to the public-webcgm@w3.org mailing list (public
archive). Use "[2nd LC Review]" in the subject line of your email.

The Group made the decision to have a second Last Call on 20 May 2009

This W3C Working Draft version of the WebCGM 2.1 specification
incorporates changes resulting from comments sent during the first Last
Call Review [2], as well as changes resulting from implementation work.
 The WebCGM WG wishes to have these changes reviewed before proceeding
to Candidate Recommendation.

All comments have been resolved to the satisfaction of the commenters
and no formal objection has been raised.

No patent disclosures have been made for WebCGM 2.1.

The list of changes since the previous Last Call version is available at
