Hi, Jonathan- We had had some discussions about the license for test suites recently, and I brought up the issue on the Interaction Domain telcon. PLH (Philippe Le Hegeret) said that David Baron was involved in the discussion last year, and that he was satisfied with the new test suite licenses [1]. If these still don't suit you, we can have a further discussion about it. It would probably be most productive if you were to write up your objections and proposal, in that case. If these new licenses do satisfy your needs, I propose that the SVG WG adopt the new, more permissive BSD license [2].
