svgp status?

Hi
 
My name is Leif Sundberg and I´m helping a customer of mine
to start using svg but they are not convinst that svg is the right format
to use. I´m looking at the information about svgp but I need more information.
 
When is it ready for use?
Where can I find a svgp filter or a plugin for a test in Isodraw or Adobe Illustrator?
