ListPurpose: The intent of this list is to encourage discussion of SVG
implementation techniques among SVG implementors, to streamline the
collection of implementor feedback - particularly third party,
non-W3C-Member implementors - and thus to help the SVG WG make a
better specification and to aid the SVG Candidate Recommendation
phase.
