Talking to WAI IG

Hi folks,

I agreed to be the liaison point between this group and WAI Interest  
Group. Which basically means that when we are looking for broader input, I  
should send a request to the IG and when there is a discussion there that  
affects what we are doing here I should at least come back here with a  
pointer and summary.

Feel free to nag me if I should have done something and didn't, or  
proactively ask me to do something.
