Ok. I cleaned up the editors list slightly and made ARIA a normative 
reference. I also wonder if SVG should be a normative reference, but I 
didn't make that change (if you agree, change [[SVG2]] to [[!SVG2]] to 
make it normative). Same possibly for HTML 5 though I'm less sure about 
that.
