... why taxonomy - avoids duplication, have not done on graphics before
... also needs to look at navigation


doug: tradeoff of pragmatics of what is working today vs where we need to
go - SVG tiny not well acceptable - moz not doing focusable
... need focusable in SVG 2

doug: need to understand how focus works in HTML 5 and may need to extend
