CG Meeting and WSG Updates

Hi everyone,

The W3C Sustainable Web Design community group monthly meeting starts in a
few hours. Alex and I plan to cover:

   - Suggestions made via GitHub since releasing v1 of the Web
   Sustainability Guidelines (WSGs) a couple weeks ago.
   - Resources for sharing the guidelines to your own networks and coverage
   we've received so far.
   - Committee chair experiences from those attending.
   - Next steps on the guidelines and, time-permitting, whether or not
   creating a W3C Working Group makes sense at this time.
