Missing classes for Sports

Hi all,

I see on the Sports extension proposal [1] that some of these classes and
properties were included (i.e., SportsEvent, competitor), but others
weren't. I've found CompetitionEvent and Decision really interesting to be
reused. Any idea about what happened with them?
