Re: TPAC Meet up with Audio Working Group

Unfortunately I don't think there'd be much point in implementing those
APIs.

* On many platforms, there are APIs to generate speech using the default
system voice, but no APIs to capture that resulting stream as audio.
* The terms of service for many text-to-speech voices allow them to be used
in real time to generate speech for the user, but prohibit recording the
audio and saving it for later playback.
* While there are some very useful open-source TTS engines or engines with
less restrictive licenses, in general the highest-quality engines whether
local or remote tend to have some restrictions on their allowed use.
