Training the Speech API for Brazilian Portuguese

Dear Speech API group,

I'm professor in a Brazilian university starting research in Automatic
Speech Recognition (ASR). I found Web Speech API a relevant tool to
recognize Brazilian Portuguese texts.

To achieve better ASR results, we would like to do academic work, training
your API with specific vocabularies in Brazilian Portuguese. Could we
change or improve the Brazilian Portuguese vocabulary or other ASR
components within the API? We think that the code is closed, but if we can
someway change or improve the vocabulary, we can both support your tool in
one language and do academic research on the topic.
