Training for specific vocabulary Google Speech API

Hi,
Dear Google Speech API Team,
I am looking to use the system of you in my application. However, I will use the words that the system should recognize are specific to the medical field in Portuguese in Brazil. So my question is whether Google Speech API system in pt-BR has some kind of support to be trained with a specific vocabulary. It's possible?
