Query over WebSpeech API

HI,

I was going through WebSpeech API, I found very similar to WebAudio and
WebRTC.

It would be much favourable to make a simple node of Speech
recording/synthesizing in WebAudio API rather than Making APIs. Also all
speech processing techniques can be invoked as methods on that node from
HTML.

I have two queries here below:

1. What is reason behind making as separate APIs ?
2. In future, is it going to merge with WebAudio or WebRTC ?
