Implementation of SPARQL protocol tests with JMeter

I pushed a first implementation with JMeter [3] of all SPARQL protocol
tests contained in this manifest [1].

You can see here [2] several questions about these tests.

I try to implement them exactly as indicated by their descriptions in their
manifest (with their errors or problems with(out) slash and
content-type...).

You can download/use them manually [4] (only 3 variables in each tests to
change).

You can propose to fix these tests in their manifest via [2] and I will
change their JMeter tests or again, you can propose me a pull request [4].

I will propose a pull request of these JMeter tests in w3c/rdf-tests when
everybody is agree (or if if there are no comments).

I hope it helps you.

NB : Nobody is perfect. There are also probably errors in the JMeter files.
This is the first version. ;-)
