Hi Lee,

I am fairly sure that the Virtuoso endpoints for Bio2RDF all support
DESCRIBE queries. Bio2RDF has very small numbers of (if any) blank nodes,
so the cost for DESCRIBE queries should not be too high.

One example I just ran that returned a useful set of results was the
following query:

    DESCRIBE <http://bio2rdf.org/pharmgkb:PA334>

at:

    http://cu.pharmgkb.bio2rdf.org/sparql
