SPIN (see spinrdf.org) gives you a way to express constraints as SPARQL queries and to represent them as triples so that they can be integrated with class definitions. TopQuadrant's TopBraid Composer lets you define certain parts of these by filling out forms, but you still need to write some of the queries yourself. What did you picture as the input to the query generation? In other words, how would the details of the constraints be specified?
