Thanks for the pointer, I'll do some digging around and see what I can
unearth and will make sure they get added to the list.

I'm excluding extensions in SERQL (and other query language variants)
because I initially want to focus on stuff that can be used right now
in one or more SPARQL implementations. I'm sure there's been lots of
experimentation in other languages though that could be carried
forward.
