We were thinking to also bring up FedCM with some demos but we'll be having two hacking days on it this week so the demos could wait until next week.

In my opinion coordinating efforts across the wide Solid community is a high priority.
Since you created the 2026 CG Roadmap issue/epic, it makes sense to me to go with the follow up you are suggesting.

BTW There are already 20 sub-issues with proposed work items

We definitely will need to look for synergies and prioritize based on time commitments to avoid spreading our capacity too thin.
