A safe space for hack-and-tell

Hi all,

Because Community Groups are intended for incubation, the Chairs are
developing a participation policy to help ensure that the Solid Community
Group is a safe space where any CG participant can share their experiments.

The policy will support the expression of different and even contradictory
visions. It will encourage respectful discussion of those visions and
discourage belittling people’s ideas. We look forward to strengthening this
community.
