Named Data Networking (NDN)

I recently checked back in on the Named-Data Networking project and had the
thought that it seemed like the platonic ideal of what Solid is offering on
top of the existing Internet architecture, so there must be lots of room
for collaboration and sharing ideas. Not 24 hours later, I was tuning into
this year's NDN Community Meeting and there was a talk about Solid!

Since there were actual apps built on top of NDN that we were able to see
and use, I proposed a community group around NDN and ICN, and figured there
would be significant overlap here:
